Just amazing!
This stunning resort exceeded all expectations! The spacious canopy villa immersed us in nature's tranquil beauty. Enjoyed delicious seafood, and the snorkeling was unforgettable! Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. A few bumps during check-in were quickly resolved by the management. Definitely a tropical paradise worth visiting again.

Our stay at the resort was unforgettable, especially snorkelling with my cousin around Gaya Island. The vibrant coral reefs full of colorful fish took our breath away. The staff was genuinely friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable with customized dishes.
My kids wished there were more frequent boat transfers to explore Kota Kinabalu easily.

The villas at Gaya Island Resort are absolutely stunning! We stayed in the Kinabalu Villa, which was spacious and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the rainforest. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, especially at meal times. The swimming pool was amazing too, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring.
Dining options could use more variety.

i loved my stay at small luxury hotels of the world! the kinabalu villa was fantastic. breakfast was fabulous and the gym and pool facilities really stood out. plus, it’s super close to the feast village restaurant, where we enjoyed some incredible meals. also, the large pool was absolutely stunning with those royal green loungers around it.
